CodeWing primarily operates as a free platform for discovering and accessing TestFlight beta applications. Since our core services are provided at no cost to users, there are generally no charges to cancel or refund for basic platform usage.

- Browsing and discovering TestFlight beta apps
- Accessing beta invitation links
- Saving and organizing favorite apps
- Receiving notifications about app updates
- Basic account features and profile management
3. Premium Services (If Applicable)
In the event that CodeWing introduces premium services, subscriptions, or paid features in the future, the following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds will be provided for unused time within a billing period
3.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing access to paid services for more than 48 hours
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Service cancellation within 7 days of initial purchase (if applicable)
- Violation of our terms by CodeWing resulting in service disruption

CodeWing provides links and access to third-party TestFlight applications. We do not control the cancellation or refund policies of these third-party applications. Any purchases, subscriptions, or transactions made within third-party apps are subject to their respective policies.
4.1 TestFlight Beta Access
- Access to TestFlight betas is controlled by Apple and the respective app developers
- CodeWing cannot guarantee continued access to any specific beta application
- Beta applications may be discontinued or become full releases at any time
- No refunds are available for beta access limitations or discontinuations
5. Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, please follow these steps:

- Provide a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request
- Allow up to 5-7 business days for review and processing
5.2 Processing Time
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used

- CodeWing cannot directly process refunds for app store transactions

- Permanent removal of personal account data
- Loss of access to saved apps and preferences
- Termination of any active subscriptions (if applicable)
- No refund for unused subscription time upon voluntary deletion
9. Force Majeure
CodeWing shall not be liable for any delays or failures in service, or inability to provide refunds, caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies
- Government regulations or legal restrictions
- Third-party service provider failures
- Internet infrastructure issues
- Apple TestFlight platform changes or restrictions
